Has any vehicle that entered the Bermuda Triangle ever come out fully functional with it’s crew alive?

Here, you take a look at this picture of the Bermuda Triangle and you tell me if anyone has ever made it across alive.

Pay particular attention to its ENORMOUS SIZE, and that it would theoretically block 1/3 of the US Atlantic coastline from boats or planes attempting to travel in a straight line to the US.
Pay additional attention to the fact that the western point of the triangle is Miami, Florida, a large US city, and that most ships or planes leaving the city would have to enter the triangle.
Finally, take note of the fact that the majority of the islands in the Bahamas — a hugely popular vacation spot — are actually INSIDE the Bermuda Triangle.
